How it works.
Getting started is simpler than it feels. Here's the whole path — who we admit, how coverage works, and what to expect — and we walk it with you at every step.
From first call to aftercare — we walk it with you.
Reach out
Call us or leave a request — for yourself or someone you love. It's confidential, with no obligation.
Verify insurance
We check your benefits and explain what's covered, usually the same day. We work with most PPO plans.
Confidential assessment
A short, honest conversation with a clinician to understand the situation and recommend the right level of care.
Admission & travel
We coordinate a smooth arrival, including travel if needed, and welcome you into the residence.
Treatment
Medically-supervised care and therapy, shaped around you — detox, residential, PHP, IOP or MAT.
Aftercare
A real plan for the life that follows — outpatient, alumni support and the tools to make recovery last.
General admission requirements.
We care for men and women living with alcohol or drug addiction, including those facing co-occurring mental-health conditions.

Adults and adolescents seeking recovery, in a program built around the person.
The full range of substance use — from alcohol to opioids and stimulants.
Dual-diagnosis care that treats mental health alongside addiction, not separately.
Every level under one program — medically-managed detox, residential, PHP, IOP and MAT.
Care based on medical need.
Admission and length of stay are guided by clinical need — never a fixed template. A brief assessment confirms the right level of care and how long it should last.
- —Be 16 or older and seeking treatment for a substance use disorder.
- —Be reasonably expected to participate in — and benefit from — the treatment plan.
- —Require the level of medical or clinical supervision the program provides.
- —Have treatment goals that are realistic, measurable and currently achievable.
- —For a continued stay: ongoing medical necessity, documented progress or need, and a plan to step down to a lower level of care as it becomes appropriate.
- —Re-admission is considered after a new event or relapse when recovery goals remain feasible.

Coverage, in plain English.
